One monorail cab is equivalent to 34 buses. Imagine running a ten car electric-powered monorail system? 340 buses can be removed from our streets, easing traffic and reducing carbon emissions. Simply put, monorails would significantly reduce the city’s carbon footprint which are caused directly from petrol, diesel and gas fumes from all other forms of transportation such as buses and even cars.
